Captioned Live Theatre for the Hearing Impaired

You Should Be So Lucky
A Screwball Comedy by
Charles Busch

Charles Busch. If you don't know the name, then you surely know his work: Psycho Beach Party, Vampire Lesbians of Sodom or The Tale of the Allergist's Wife. The man is totally nuts and completely hilarious. You Should Be So Lucky is classic screwball Busch - the tale of gay electrologist, a 10-million dollar inheritance, a ghost that almost no one can see and wacky talk show brouhaha.
It's the perfect holiday comedy.

Thursday, Dec. 4th 8:00 pm
The New Conservatory
Theatre Center
25 Van Ness @ Market St.
San Francisco

Tickets are $25.00

A special wireless device provided to each user will scroll the dialog and song lyrics as they are spoken on the stage. The device will also reflect sound effects, segue music, and other important aural characteristics of the show.
The system is pre-programmed with the dialog and other direction, but is controlled real-time by an operator seated in the back of the theatre, which allows for natural pacing and timing issues that occur with live theatre.
