Pair of demonstrators demand public inquiry into alleged abuse
By Tom McCoag / Amherst BureauAmherst - A onetime employee of the former school for the deaf in Amherst faces a Supreme Court trial on sex charges involving two male students.
Ross Joseph Chappell, 66, of Moncton, is accused of indecently assaulting the two students and gross indecency involving one of the them.
