Victim's Mother Says Girl Has Cerebral Palsy
SOMERVILLE, Mass. -- Three young men appeared in court Monday, accused of taking part in the gang rape of a teenager in Somerville.
The victim is 17 years old, and according to her mother, she is deaf and has cerebral palsy.
Investigators said that the rape occurred in Foss Park Thursday night.
