Position: Customer Care Representative II
Location: Rocklin, CA

Brief summary of duties:
Under supervision of the Customer Care Manager, the Customer Care Representative II will provide high levels of customer service and technical support functions.

*Provide support, advice and assistance to resolve computer application and firewall/router configuration issues
*Develop and maintain FAQ lists and troubleshooting guidelines to be used in resolving future problems
*Responsible to create, manage and resolve customer service tickets in Hands On VRS Customer Care database
*Work constructively and cheerfully in an environment that may be stressful due to adversarial situations resulting from customer’s frustrations
*Required to participate in more than one assignment at a time with frequent interruptions, changes, and delays
*Must be able to remain focused and work effectively and efficiently under the above circumstances
*Provide solutions to problems according to standard HOVRS protocol and rules
*Expected to participate in team projects and to establish and maintain a positive working relationship with peers and co-workers
*Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

*Bachelors’ degree preferred
*A minimum of 1 years technical related experience including firewalls, routers and PC support
*Excellent communication skills (technical and non-technical) are required
*Excellent writing skills (technical and non-technical) are required
*Fluent in ASL
*Strong PC/Mac technical proficiency required
*Critical thinking skills to enable decision making at this level
*Strong decision making and problem solving skills
*Strong attention to detail and customer focus
*Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
*Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
