Hello Friends:

Have you seen the WRAD website lately? Thanks to Reynaldo Llarena, the WRAD Webmaster and the Vice President, he has made the WRAD website very lively especially for people in the deaf and hard of hearing community.

There are many new updated flyers on the WRAD website of our future activities as well as travel stories if you go to the Travel Section .

We also include future major events like the NAD Conference in Palm Springs in late June 2006, the World Federation of the Deaf in Spain in 2007 as well as the Alexander Graham Bell Association of the Deaf Convention in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in June 2006 as well as the upcoming Winter Games for the Deaf in Utah for 2007 and other events that can be found on the WRAD website.

We have about 1,500-2,000 visits per month so do not miss looking at our website. We also have sponsors like Sprint Relay and Deafs.com and plan to have more soon.

You can also look at our past announcements and stories if you visit our archives on the WRAD website as we keep almost everything we put on the website for you to look back and find information you wanted to read about.

We also have our Calendar of Events on the website if you want to know what activities we are hosting for the deaf and hard of hearing community. We also have our mission statement with our goals of the organization for you to find out more about WRAD and how we serve in the deaf and hard of hearing community.

Most important of all, we do not require membership to join WRAD and you are welcome to participate in our activities as well as visiting our website anytime you want. You are also welcome to subscribe to our electronic newsletter called the DHHREPORT and if you want to be on our mailing list, just let us know by sending an email to wradceo@aol.com or dhhreport@aol.com
