VSDB Mum About Boards Visit

It's the next step in the consolidation process, an important visit to the Virginia School for the Deaf and Blind.

After a tour earlier this week in Hampton, the State Board of Education will visit Staunton's VSDB campus. The board voted last month to mix public and private funds to finance the education facility. Where that facility will be has yet to be determined.

Local delegates and school officials will meet and greet the board around 10 a.m. Thursday morning.

VSDB refused to comment about its big day.
