Pakistan Deaf XI win series against India

Islamabad: Pakistan Deaf XI clinched the five-march ODI series after completing a 285-run mauling of arch-rivals India at the Pindi Cricket Stadium here.

Batting first, Zaka Ahmed slammed a magnificent undefeated 236 as Pakistan racked up an imposing 448 runs off fifty overs. Zaka who hit 21 fours and 10 sixes shared a 302-run record opening stand with Naseer Butt who also scored a fine 130 laced with 13 fours and three sixes. In reply, India were shot out for 162 runs in 44.4 overs. Vinay Segal 55 was India's standard bearer with 55. Zaka snared four wickets for 27 runs.
