Two Chilean inventors have designed a pillow which functions as an alarm clock for waking up deaf people.

According to the local paper Las Ultimas Noticias, 'The Good Awakening pillow' devised by engineering students Miguel Angel Perez and Pedro Galvez, which was unveiled at the Inacap Ideas for business fair in Santiago shakes a persons head by gently inflating and deflating.

The owner can programme the pillow to wake them up at any time, just like an alarm clock."We can help all deaf people to be more independent with this invention," Pedro Galvez was quoted as saying. (ANI)
