As a part of our continuing commitment to enhance Video Relay Services (VRS), Sprint is proud offer:

o And as always, we offer a fast connection to experienced VIDEO INTERPRETERS!

Effective September 20th, VRS Customer Service hours of operation have changed in order to better serve our customers. Then new customer service schedule is:

o Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM CST
o Saturday: 12:00 noon to 4:00 PM CST
o Sunday: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM CST

Sprint and CSD (Communication Services for the Deaf) launched the first nationwide video relay service in the industry in May 2002. VRS requires users to have a personal computer or television monitor, a Web camera or videophone and high-speed Internet connectivity such as cable and DSL. Sprint VRS, powered by CSD, is a free service through the internet that enables the deaf or hard of hearing user to communicate in American Sign Language to a hearing caller.
