Deaf life perspectives discussion offered

Ozarks Christian College and the Independent Living Center will present a Deaf Life: Community Perspectives panel discussion from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 23, in the upstairs cafeteria banquet room, in the Multi-Purpose Building at Ozarks Christian College, 1111 North Main, Joplin.

Topics will include education, technology, language use and community services.
