Disability Rights Advocates (DRA), a nonprofit law center in Oakland, California, is investigating complaints from people who are deaf and hard-of-hearing who have had difficulty accessing sign language interpreters at Stanford Hospital and UCSF (University of California at San Francisco) Medical Center. If you have had trouble accessing a sign language interpreter, or if you are otherwise familiar with the practices at these facilities, please let us know by:Â
