From: BBC Sport, UK - Jul 4, 2004

Honours were shared in the two men's doubles wheelchair tennis exhibition matches held at Wimbledon over the finals weekend.

British duo David Gardner and Kevin Plowman, who are on the GB team for the Paralympics, beat Matt Faucher and John Greer 6-1 6-2 on Saturday.

But Faucher and Greer got their revenge on Sunday, winning the deciding tie-break after it finished one set apiece.

The players were supported by an appreciative Court 14 crowd.

In the exhibition deaf men's doubles, Darren O'Donnell and Anthony Sinclair came from a set down to beat Daniel Tunstall and Lewis Fletcher 1-6 6-2 6-1.

The quartet are all bidding for places on the Great Britain team for next year's Deaflympics in Melbourne.
