PART ONE: THE DISAPPEARANCE OF THE 2001 CISS CONGRESS AND DEAFLYMPIC GAMES VIDEOCASSETTE.
DID DR. AMMONS AND SLAVA KLIMOV COMMIT AN ACT OF THEFT?

There is a pendng lawsuit action before the Superior Court of the District of Columbia in Washington, D.C., USA.

Mr. Felix Shlimovich, a citizen of the Russian Federation recently filed his lawsuit action against the two persons-defendants Mr. Vyacheslav ( "Slava" ) Klimov, also a citizen of the Russian Federation, and Dr. Donalda Ammons, the so-called CISS Secretary General/Interim President.

Both Slava and Dr. Ammons are also employees of Gallaudet University, which is known as the world's only liberal arts college for the deaf people.

In his court paper filings, Mr. Shlimovich claims that on June 5, 2002, Mr. Nikolay Klimov, the President of the Russian Deaflympic Committee and father of Slava, purposefully and intentionally convinced Mr. Shlimovich to give away the original of his videocassette, in which Mr. Shlimovich as a cameraman produced a film featuring the activities of the 37th CISS Congress and 19th Deaflympic Summer Games held in July , 2001 in Rome, Italy.

As it turned out, Mr. Nikolay Klimov, later on, through his son, Slava, relayed the videocassette to Dr. Ammons, without Mr. Shlimovich prior knowledge, permission and consent.

Throughout the late part of 2002, 2003 and this year, Mr. Shlimovich made ten ( 10 ) transatlantic flights between Moscow, Russia and Washington, D.C., in order to retrieve his lost videocassette from Slava and Dr. Ammons. All these long-distance trips and Mr. Shlimovich's contacts with the two defendants produced no positive outcome.

As a result of the above, Mr. Shlimovich demands from the court relief, which includes the complete recovery of the videocassette in its original form and monetary judgment against Slava and Dr. Ammons, including the costs of his many overseas flights between Moscow and Washington, D.C.

The hearing is scheduled to take place on March 17, 2004 at 9.00 a.m. at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia at the following address: 500 Indiana Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C, 20001, USA.

WHAT WAS FILMED ON THE VIDEOCASSETTE

During his July 21-22, 2001 trip to Rome, Mr. Shlimovich produced a videocassette which included, among the other things, scenes of :

Mr. John Lovett's statement, in which he said that in the event it would be decided to include the sports of judo and/or karate as a medal event at the Deaflympic Games, then the International Martial Arts Federation of the Deaf ( IMAFD ) would have to be ceased to exist;

the election session of the 37th CISS Congress, in which both Mr. Lovett and Dr. Ammons were re-elected - albeit illegally and unconstitutionally - as the CISS President and CISS Secretary General, respectively;

Dr. Ammons' announcement that she would retire from the CISS by the year of 2005 ( because "she had been rude," the Italian Organizing Committee officials twice asked the CISS to dismiss Dr. Ammons, including the Italians felt that "Dr. Ammons should not permitted to stay in Italy." );

a slanderous remark made by Mr. David Peters, a delegate of Australia and accomplice of Mr. Lovett, against Mr. Pinkhasov Pinchas at the Congress podium;

speeches at the Congress podium by delegates of Uzbekistan ( Mr. Mukim Karimov ), Malaysia ( Mr. Heng Tuck Lim ), Greece ( Mr. Ted Staroyiannis ), South Africa ( Mr. Niko Beurain ) and a Russian representative, in which each of them expressed his respective country's open support for the candidature of Mr. Pinkhasov Pinchas for the CISS Executive Committee Member position;

Mr. Jerald Jordan's abrupt meddling in the election session process, in which he directed Mr. Lovett and/or Dr. Ammons to halt the session and take a break so the CISS Legal Commission could be separately meeting and discussing the Pinkhasov Pinchas candidature outside the Congress floor premises;

the highly-questionable treatment of Mr. Rafael Pinkhasov Pinchas and his removal as a CISS Executive Committee Member candidate by Mr. Lovett, including the controversial Pinkhasov Pinchas-Lovett showdown and their heated communication exchange at the Congress floor premises;

the sudden collapse and tragic death of Mr. Sean Kelly, a delegate of Ireland, at the Congress floor premises;

the Awards Night Banquet where trophies were presented in four different categories to the world's outstanding deaf athletes, and

the Opening Ceremony festivities of the 19th Deaflympic Games at Rome's Olympic Stadium.
