NATIONAL RACQUETBALL TOURNAMENT FOR THE DEAF/HH

Facilities: Complete Fitness Center, Swimming Pool, Pro Shop, Juice Bar, Weight Room, 3 Full Size Gyms
 
Starting Time: Play may begin as early as 9:00 a.m. Friday morning
     
Entry Deadline: All entries must be post-marked, with payment, by Thursday April 15, 2004. Late entrants can be made by Email to either (gbrown9706@aol.com or richard@azdeafrb.com) which has a deadline of Tuesday April 20 with a $10.00 late fee. Please do not mail the late entry form and the fee. Please bring it with you and pay us at the tournament desk otherwise, you will not compete. Entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE!! No exception!
 
Entry Fee Includes: Lunch will be served on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We will have an announcement about Saturday evening, . Tournament shirts will be given to all participants. Cash awards and prize awards will be given to all 1st, 2nd and 3rd places. A minimum of 8 entry for full cash prizes in the open division.
