From: Pittsburgh Channel.com, PA - Feb 12, 2004

PITTSBURGH -- A security guard who worked nights at a school for the deaf in suburban Pittsburgh is accused of stealing computer parts from the school and selling them on the Internet.

Edgewood police say Pittsburgh resident Richard Haenze stole about $1,000 worth of computer parts from the Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf. Police said the thefts occurred from September to January.

Police also said Haenze took the parts and sold them on eBay and America Online.

Haenze has been charged with theft and other offenses.

The superintendent of the Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf would not comment, saying it is a personnel issue.
