GOOD NEWS! PRICES FOR THE WRAD HALLOWEEN PARTY AND COSTUME BALL WILL REMAIN
THE SAME UNTIL OCTOBER 16

We are selling tickets very well for the WRAD Halloween Party and Costume
Ball for Saturday October 25, 2003 and agreed to keep the same prices until
Thursday October 16 then prices will go up. You now have about two more weeks to
purchase Halloween Ball tickets with dinner and entertainment for $35 per
person or $25 if you do not want to have dinner but light refreshments will be
served for those of you who are hungry during our party. After October 16 prices
for dinner tickets will be $40 per person and $30 without dinner. You can
also reserve a table for 8 people for a special price of $272 until October 16
then the price will go up to $312. We have a few tables left for a reservation
so act now to avoid disappointment.

Buy tickets now and do not be disappointed if we are SOLD OUT before the
party.

For $35 until October 16 you will have a choice of delicious hot meal dinner
with a seat at your table and participate in the Costume Contest. For those
of you who do not want to come for dinner, it is $25 until October 16 which
will include light refreshments like cake and coffee and tea and you still can
be in the Costume contest to win a prize.

The Halloween Ball on October 25th will be the biggest and most fantastic
event that WRAD has sponsored so far. People and friends of WRAD, nationally and
internationally, are already making reservations to attend. Why? Well, this
is NOT your normal, local Halloween party that you go to every year! Just look
at what we are doing to make the Halloween Costume Ball a very special one
!!!!!

- Exciting Costume Contests with CASH $$$$$$$ prizes
- Delicious sit down dinner with a choice of London broil beef, or boneless

- Event from 6pm until 2am for people attending dinner and from 8pm until 2am

If that is not enough for you, keep reading! WRAD, Inc. has included Gino
Giudice of Hollywood Hills, California to help design and plan the Halloween
Ball. Gino, himself deaf, is well known as an animator with Hollywood, and he has
participated in many costume contests in the past that got him many top
prizes and money. He is donating his trophy for the top prize- the Grand prize at
the 2003 Halloween Costume Ball. Winner of the Grand Prize will get $250 plus
the trophy. Winners of different costume categories including the Funniest,
Scariest, Most Fantasy, and Group will each get $100 for 1st place, $50 for 2nd
place, and $25 for 3rd place.It is time for you to plan wearing a costume
that is creative so you can win a prize!!!!!! There is even more !!!!!!!!!!

The Halloween Party and Costume Contest is open to EVERYONE!!!!!!! We welcome
deaf and hard of hearing participants, CODAS, interpreters and
transliterators and all other communication assistants, students, and hearing friends an
family members, to attend our Halloween Dinner, to participate in our Costume
Contest, and to enjoy our Halloween Party!!!! Bring your friends and relatives
and enjoy the fun. The party is open to people 18 years old and over. The
Sprint Relay Service is the major sponsor of the WRAD Halloween Party and Costume
Ball.

Attendance to the Ball is limited to about 400 people. We also made
arrangements with Hilton Burbank Airport to let people stay one or two nights at a
discounted rate of $99 plus tax per night. Please call Hilton at 1-800-368-1133

to mention WRAD to get a discount.

A reminder!!!! We are offering a rate of $35 per person for dinner and
