League expands language classes

The League for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing has expanded its class offerings in American Sign Language (ASL) and Speech Reading for the fall. "American Sign Language" and "Introduction to the Deaf Culture" is open to anyone with a need or interest in learning ASL. Classes will be offered by the League in Nashville and for the first time, in Franklin. The League has served the Middle Tennessee region since 1927 as the sole provider of qualified interpreters and comprehensive services to the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
