Deaf Caution Card Update

From: DeafWatch (Alert)
Nov. 13, 2002

Deaf Media,

I'm pleased that to see major changes on the www.deafcaution.com website
in the last 10 hrs.

I hope that they continue in this direction of running a honest business.

However similar cards can be obtained from Office of Deaf Access free
of cost in most cases.

Achieving positive relations with the law enforcement is a 2 way street
in which both the law enforcement and the deaf community are educated
in appropriate proactive settings.

I just wish that California Association of the Deaf play a leading role
in education of the many aspects of the deaf community. Unfortunatey
much of their attention has been focused on a small area right under
the eye of Gabriel's Peak than the whole state.
